Swallow Safe Policies and Practices
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
In-Person Training:
- $250 non-refundable Registration Fee
- Full Remaining Balance due in 30 days.
- Pre-course materials for CEU credit will not be sent until balance is paid in full.
- Cancellation prior to 60 days from course date: Deposit may be credited toward another online or in-person course selection or 75% refund of balance.
- Cancellation 30-60 days from course date: Credit for money paid towards another course selection or 50% Refund of Balance.
- Cancellation less than 30 days: Credit for money paid toward another course date. NO refund of balance.
- NO CEU CREDIT WILL BE AWARDED WITHOUT ATTENDANCE
- If FEES Training cancels the course date, the registrant can choose either a full refund or credit towards another date.
Online Courses:
- Balance paid in full prior to access to course.
- No refund once access has been granted.
- If FEESTraining cancels the course, the registrant will be refunded in full.

Information Collection:
Swallow Safe collects information when a user signs up for a course. This information includes personal information (name, address, phone number), IP Address, ASHA ID, and email address.
Online Payment information is processed through Square.
All information is collected through our HIPAA compliant Jotform account. This information is stored on our own HIPAA compliant cloud service.
This information is collected to provide the user with instructions and training information, and to submit user information to ASHA if the user has indicated.
Data Usage & Sharing:
User data is only used to provide the user with relevant course and training information.
No data is ever shared, sold or transferred to any 3rd party.
Security Measures:
All user data and information is collected and stored on a HIPAA Compliant cloud service.
Swallow Safe is committed to protecting all user data.

Complaint Management and Resolution Policy
If you have any concerns or complaints about one of our courses, please fill out our Complaint Resolution form HERE
- It is the mission of Swallow Safe Education to handle complaints expeditiously and with positive outcomes whenever possible.
- Complaints are received through the SwallowSafe.com website on our Complaint Form.
- Complaints are read and documented as received within an average of 48 hours of receipt.
- Email is returned, assuring the complainant that their concerns will be reviewed and a response will be generated within 3-days.
- The Swallow Safe Education team holds a zoom meeting or conference call to discuss the complaint, the facts concerning the issue, and a decision is made as to how to approach the customer for resolution.
- The complainant is emailed with the proposed resolution.
- When the response is received, it will be acknowledged and it will be communicated to the complainant that Swallow Safe appreciates their willingness to work toward a resolution.
- Complaints are stored on our HIPAA Compliant cloud drive.
